Ekofisk
The following paintings cover one particular project, that of relacing the 36" Emden Gas pipe between EKofisk a Norwegian oil field in the centre of the North Sea and the industry of Northern Germany. I as a pilot was working for a sub-contractor "Navtec" who were empolyed br Rockwater. from the deck of a semi submersilble the "Semi Two" The paintings created during this project were used by Rockwater to form a callender for two years running 1993 -94. The series of paintings describing the job were sequencial and were therefore named after the months of the year.
